Recently, a Maryland pool party turned violent after someone began firing a gun. While not much is known about the situation right now, it seems like only one person was shot, and that person is currently in stable condition.


We know this because one man, a firefighter in West Virginia, was there on the scene — and he’s surprisingly cool about the whole thing.



According to this dude, he was initially just there to party and, hopefully, get some girls. Once the person started shooting, however, things took a turn. “Out of nowhere, I see everybody running. I say, ‘What’s everybody running for?’” he recalled in this incredible interview.



He then saw the person who had been shot. After hitting him with a “What’s goin’ on, cuh?,” the interview subject did his best to save the man’s life. He applied pressure to his wound until the police came — and after it was all said and done, he appeared pretty laid back about the whole thing.


“Too many people be out here doing crazy stuff,” he explained.
